We’re going to USGBC’s GreenBuild 2007…

5 11 2007

Take a right at reduce road, swing left at reuse heaven,
go around recycling, we’re booth # 3-7-7!

(Remember the word “Montado” and play to receive a special green gift)

We’re looking forward to learning about you and sharing with you the story of Wicanders flooring, born from ancient cork oak trees deep in the Montado forests of Portugal. Cork oak forests have a unique arrangement with Mother Nature and are filled with bright creatures like the Iberian Lynx.

Take a look around our blog, feel free to share your own stories and thoughts. Say the word Montado at booth #377 and play to receive a green gift created especially for someone like you who cares a whole awful lot…

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Team Wicanders

Hello! USGBC stands for U.S. Green Building Council. They are a non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable building design and construction. They are also the developers of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building rating system.

We are members of their council and are proud to participate in their commitment of shaping the future of green design. Their annual conference, Greenbuild, was a great opportunity for us to build new relationships and connect with our colleagues from throughout the industry and around the world.

For more info, please visit USGBC’s Web site at http://www.usgbc.org.
